packet potato gnocchi,3 cups of gorgonzola,1 cup cream(half and half), salt and pepper, green salad mix,garlic, oil,cider vinegar, dijon musatard

Heat in a casserole some water with a little oil and salt for your gnocchi, in another small casserole melt the gorgonzola that you've broken down into chunks and add the cream, melt on a low heat, add salt and pepper.. add the gnocchi when boiling, only takes a couple minutes, when risen to the surface its ready..smash a garlic clove in a mortar and pestle, put in a small bowl, add one teaspoon mustard and the vinegar, 3 tablespoons, mix well, then add the oil, olive or nut, about 6 tablespoons, salt and pepper, pour over salad, mix,serve with the gnocchi mixed in with the warm sauce and serve with a cold glass of Sancerre wine!!!
