Ingredients

garlic clove smashed in a mortar with 1/2 tsp salt
Freshly milled white pepper

tsp minced rosemary, basil and thyme
Directions

In a medium skillet, mash the cheese with the liquid and garlic until partially smooth.

Just before serving, simmer it over medium heat, stirring to blend and melt the cheese. The longer you cook the sauce the thicker it will be. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the herbs and serve.
