Gobi Manchurian is good side dish for fried rice.

Ingredients

* ¼ cup corn flour
* 1 cauliflower broken into big florettes
* 2 tsp finely chopped ginger
* 2 tsp finely chopped garlic
* 2 green chilies chopped smally
* 2 tbsp soy sauce
* 3 tbsp vegetable oil
* 1 small bunch spring onion, finely chopped

Directions

1.
1.First we have to mix the Corn flour, a little water and salt to make like a paste
2.
2. Add the cauliflower to the paste and keep it for 45 minutes.
3.
3. Heat oil in separate pan and fry the coated cauliflower pieces well.
4.
4. Before that we have to fry spring onions,ginger & garlic pieces in oil.
5.
5. And now add the soy sauce in fried cauliflower pieces. And garnish with green chillies and spring onions.
6.
6. Now Mix everything(fried cauliflower,spring onions,corn flour paste)
7.
7.Your side dish got ready.
