half chicken breast, lettuce, one orange, one banana, two slices of tinned pineaple, some curry, cinnamon, clove and olive oil

fry or stew chicken with a lot of curry, then let it cool down. prepare a salad bowl with favourite selection of lettuce and chopped fruit. add chicken when cool. add olive oil, cloves and cinnamon. mix. enjoy!
