Description:

I love Leche Flan it's one of my all time favorite Filipino desserts. When you go to any Filipino party after the array of meals displayed on the table you have on another table desserts. Which would include Ube which is a purple yam which they make into a cake like dessert, fruit salad, and no Filipino party would be complete without Leche Flan. There are many varieties but again I just like to make other kinds of Leche Flan but keeping the Leche Flan taste.

Then while mixing add the condensed milk and continue mixing until smooth then add the 1 can of evap milk mix until smooth add a teaspoon of vanilla mix, then lemon juice mix and mix in dash of cinnamon. When everything is smooth pour into a mold or pie pan and cover with aluminum foil and steam. Steam until nicely firm check by poking with toothpick if it comes out clean then it's good if not steam some more. Then take out let it cool for few minutes then sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top. Then chill in refrigerator for 6-8 hours to cool and nicely firm. Then cut along the edges if firm the Leche Flan should come out nicely place a plate underneath the mold and flip and the Leche Flan should come out nicely then chill again for a few more minutes then serve.
