oz unsweetened chocolate

1/4 cup confectioners sugar
Directions

In a heavy saucepan over low heat melt 8 tablespoons of butter and 4 oz unsweetened chocolate stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in 1 1/2 cups of white sugar, 2 teaspoons of vanilla and 2 eggs. Blend in 1 cup of flour and 1/4 cups of chopped walnuts. Grease 8 in square pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread mixture in pan and bake 20 minutes.

beat 6 tablespoons of butter and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla until creamy-add 2 1/4 confectioners sugar and 1/2 xup cocoa and 3 tblspoons of milk. Beat well. Frost while still warm
