peeled and sliced Smith apples

recipe pastry for a 6 inch crust pie
Directions

Heat the oven to at least 20 degrees Celsius. In a saucepan melt the butter. Stit in flour in order to form a paste. After that, add water, brown and white sugar and boil it. In your pan place the bottom crust. Fill it with apples, cover with crust and gently pour the sugar and the butter over the crust. Bake for 40 minutes or until apples become softer.
