fresh green asparagus spears
Directions

Wash and trim asparagus spears.
2.
Cook for about 3 minutes and dry.
3.
Wrap one bacon strip around each asparagus spear, leaving tip and end of asparagus exposed.
4.
Place the wraps on the baking sheet.
5.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan oven) and bake the spears for about 15â20 minutes, until bacon becomes crispy.
