gms Tamarind, 100 gms green chilly, as you wish salt, 2 spoons jaggary, 50 ml groundnut oil.

First, green chilly and tamarind (without seeds) fry in oil (fry one by one not a same time). Grind tamarind and green chilly. Mustard boils with oil. Then add above grind items, boil it for 10 minutes. Add salt, jaggary, groundnut, boil for 5 minutes. We may use it as a pickle. Tasteful green chilly thokku is ready to serve.
