Ingredients
Fresh grated coconut - 4 tbsp
Finely chopped Coriander - 3 tsps
Split black gram - 1/2 tsp
Directions

To make tadka: Heat the oil in a pan, add mustard seeds. Once the mustard seeds pop, add black gram, ginger, green chillies, tamarind and curry leaves. Take the pan off the stove once the black gram becomes light brown and keep it aside.

Grind all the incredients and tadka using little water and mix well.
