green pepers, cut into strips

onion, chopped in small pieces
50ml of cream (USA:light or whipping NOT sour, FRANCE: crème fraîche)
50gr of cheese, chopped into small pieces (Usualy cow's but others could work, not fresh)
Directions

Fry the onion and flour in a large pan with all the butter. When the onion starts to get a brown color add the green pepper, pepper and salt (the salt will depend on what kind of cheese and if the butter is salted). Cover the pan and leave it for 4 minutes with just a little heat. The green pepper should get a olive green color. Slowly stir and add the cream. After that add the cheese, stir and leave in the pan for a minute in low heat (cover).
