Ingredients
Two Slices of Bread (Any kind will do, I prefer white bread)
Two Slices of Cheese (Once again, any will do, but I prefer to use Kraft Singles American Cheese)
1
1/2 tbsp of Chili (Chili can be homemade or from a can)
Directions
1.
1. Start off by pre-heating a frying pan on medium on the stove while spreading butter on one side of both pieces of bread.
2.
2. Once the pan is heated thoroughly, unwrap both pieces of cheese and have them ready to put in the pan.
3.
3. Place one piece of bread, butter side down in the pan.
4.
4. Put one slice of cheese on the bread
5.
5. Spread the chili thoroughly across the cheese
6.
6. Place the second piece of cheese on to the chili, covering it as well as possible.
7.
7. place the other piece of bread on top of the cheese/chili/cheese layer with butter side up.
8.
8. Use a spatula to lift the sandwich up from the pan to look for a golden brown color to the bread.
9.
9. Once the bread is to your desired color, flip it over so the butter-up side is now on the bottom.
10.
10. Once this side is to the color of your liking, take the pan off the heat and plate the sandwich.
11.
This goes well with tomato soup or potato chips.
