Directions

Rinse and pat dry flounder filets

Sprinkle both sides with blackening seasoning

lay all veggies around the fish

Sprinkle all with EVOO

Cut up butter in tiny bits and place thoughout

Make little pocket with foil, leaving room for steam

Place on hot grill and cook for about 7 minutes.
