Grilled Garlic Rosemary Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

1/4
cup of soy sauce, reduced sodium
1
tbsp. of sugar, brown, light
1
tbsp. of rosemary, crushed
2
tbsp. of oil, olive
2
tbsp. of vinegar, balsamic
2
tsp. of garlic, minced
1/2
tsp. of ginger, ground
1/2
tsp. of mustard, dry
2
pounds pork, tenderloin, (1 pound each) trimmed
cooking spray

Directions

1.
Combine first 8 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add pork; seal bag, and marinate in refrigerator at least 8 hours.
2.
Prepare grill.
3.
Remove pork from bag, reserving marinade.
4.
Place pork on grill rack coated with cooking spray.
5.
Cover and grill 24 minutes or until a thermometer registers 155° (slightly pink), turning once.
6.
Remove pork from grill; cover with foil, and let stand 10 minutes.
7.
While pork stands, bring marinade to a boil in a small saucepan; boil 1 minute.
8.
Serve sauce with pork.
