TORTILLAS (burrito sized)

cups SHREDDED MEXICAN BLEND CHEESE
Directions
1.
Brush tortillas with vegetable oil (outside only)

Top with shredded cheese, cover with another tortilla

As soon as cheese begins to melt, press down lightly with spatula and turn it over to brown the other side

Serve with salsa and sour cream
