medium-sized salmon fillets

tsp. of chopped fresh dill
Directions

Season the salmon with lemon and about half of the dill. Grill under a broiler or on a non-stick pan for four minutes on each side.
2.
Chop the olives and the parsley, and then fold them in the yogurt.
4.
Serve the salmon with the olive sauce poured on top or as a side.
