pound fresh tuna -- ground
4
cloves garlic -- minced
Directions

1.Mix all ingredients and make into 3 patties.

2. Grill over high heat for 3 minutes per side.

They should be reddish/pink on the inside.

3. Serve on or with a bun with a slice of sweet or red onion, lettuce and habanero-cilantro-lime mayonnaise.
