can Cream of Celery Soup

Saute the chopped onion in the oil until onions are translucent. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain fat. Add both cans of soup. Let simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream just before serving. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
