This is something that is always on my mom's holiday table. Its also something that goes quickly, so she usually makes a double batch for our big family. Its easy and tastes hard!
In large bowl combine soup, sour cream, and garlic salt. Add potatoes and cheddar cheese and mix well. Pour into greased 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking dish. Top with parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until potatoes are tender when stabbed with a fork. ENJOY!
