Ingredients

Raggi powder - 4 tbsp
Skimmed milk - 1/2 liter
Sugar - 2 tsp
Pinch of salt

Directions

1.
Take 1 cup of water and mix the raggi powder until it dissolves completely. Boil the mixture for two minutes then add the milk, sugar and a pinch of salt and boil for five minutes. Serve hot or cold as desired.
