Jaggery/Sugar (to taste)

Fry all the items in a pan without adding oil, (except milk and Jaggery) one by one until it is roasted. Make it as a powder. Allow it to cool. Collect in an air tight container.

Take 2 tspns on this powder. Mix it with 1 glass of water and stir gently. Boil it now in low flame by stirring it gently. When it reaches colloidal form and started boiling, remove it out of the flame. Add 1/2 glass of milk and Jaggery to taste. Now the health drink is ready to serve. Those who want cool, can keep in freezer for 1 hour and serve it cool.
