This Health Drink maintains the health of the family. It's good for everyone from the infant to the old age persons. Old age persons can reduce or avoid the nuts in the mixture.

Green Gram - 250 gms
Ragi - 250 gms
Roasted Bengal Gram - 250 gms
Rice - 100 gms
White Soya Beans - 100 gms
Wheat - 100 gms
Sago Pearl - 100 gms
Barley - 100 gms
Maize - 100 gms
Cashewnut - 15 gms
Badam - 15 gms
Pista - 15 gms
Elachi - 15 gms
Milk (as required)
Jaggery/Sugar
(to taste)

Directions

Green Gram - 250 gms

Ragi - 250 gms

Roasted Bengal Gram - 250 gms

Rice - 100 gms

White Soya Beans - 100 gms

Wheat - 100 gms

Sago Pearl - 100 gms

Barley - 100 gms

Maize - 100 gms

Cashewnut - 15 gms

Badam - 15 gms

Pista - 15 gms

Elachi - 15 gms

Milk (as required)

Jaggery/Sugar (to taste)

Fry all the items in a pan without adding oil, (except milk and Jaggery) one by one until it is roasted. Make it as a powder. Allow it to cool. Collect in an air tight container.

Take 2 tspns on this powder. Mix it with 1 glass of water and stir gently. Boil it now in low flame by stirring it gently. When it reaches colloidal form and started boiling, remove it out of the flame. Add 1/2 glass of milk and Jaggery to taste. Now the health drink is ready to serve. Those who want cool, can keep in freezer for 1 hour and serve it cool.
