Ingredients

Cooking apples about the same size - washed and fully cored
2
Tbsp soft brown sugar
1/2
tsp ground cinnamon
Chopped Walnuts
Water
Honey (optional)
Pyrex

Directions

1.
Heat oven to 350F.
2.
Score a line around the ‘waist’ of each apple with the point of a knife.
3.
Mix together brown sugar, cinnamon and chopped walnuts. Stand apples in pyrex
4.
Add a bit of water around them.
5.
Drizzle a little honey on top
6.
Bake for 25-30 mins.
