pieces of skinless chicken breast

tbsp of low fat sour cream
1/2
clove of garlic chopped
1
cup of whole-grain corn cereal
1/2
cup of whole wheat breadcrumbs
1/8
cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions

Cut the chicken breasts into long thin strips.
2.
Put the cereal in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin or with your fist.
3.
In a large plastic bag, add the chicken with sour cream, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper and refrigerate for an hour.

Pre-heat oven to 400 degree F.

Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
6.
Spray with non-stick cooking spray.
7.
Mix the cereal, breadcrumbs, almonds, cheese, salt and pepper in a shallow bowl and combine.
8.
Dip each chicken strip in mix.
9.
Place the strips on the cookie sheet.
11.
Flip the strips over and bake for another 10 minutes, this could take less depending on the power of your oven.
12.
You can serve these with honey mustard dressing, put them on Italian bread with some sauce or on a whole wheat wrap with some cheese.
