Ingredients

cups turkey broth (you could use chicken or even bouillon if you wanted)
1
pkg. frozen broccoli and cauliflower (mine was a 2 lb. pkg.)

can cream of celery soup
Directions
1.
1.Boil carrots and onions in the broth.
2.
2.Wait for carrots to be tender, add the cauliflower and broccoli and cooked until tender.

3.Add everything else and simmer for 30 minutes or so.
4.
4.Add few of instant mashed potato flakes to it to thicken it slightly.
