Ingredients
* 1/4 cup margarine, melted (or butter)
* 10 tbsp dry skim milk powder
* 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. In a bowl, combine melted margarine, molasses, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

4. In a separate bowl, combine milk powder, baking powder and salt.

5. Stir into first mixture.

6. Add wheat germ and walnuts.
7.
7. Stir just enough to blend.
8.
8. Spread in lightly greased 8 x 8 inch baking pan.

9. Bake for about 30 minutes.
