Ingredients

cups of chopped fresh broccoli florets

cups of cherry tomatoes

cups of carrots chopped into bite-sized pieces
1/2
cup of Kraft Free Italian Dressing
1/2
cup of Kraft 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Barilla Plus Penne Pasta (14.5 oz box)
Directions

1. Cook pasta according to direction.

2. Place chopped broccoli and carrots into a strainer.
3.
3. Drain the pasta by pouring it into the strainer containing the vegetables to blanch them.

4. Toss the vegetables and pasta and refrigerate until chilled.
5.
5. Toss the other ingredients with pasta mixture and serve cold.
6.
6. The preparation time above includes the time needed to chill before adding the other ingredients.
7.
7. This would be really good with tuna too if you may want to add more protein.

8. Add 1/4 cup black olives if desired.
