Ingredients

potatoes, peeled and diced

small bag frozen corn, thawed
1
small bag frozen green beans
1
cup vegetarian beef broth or bouillon
Directions

In a large pot, combine all ingredients.

Fill pot 3/4 full of water (all vegetables should be completely covered.)

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
4.
Let soup simmer until all vegetables are soft, stirring occasionally.
5.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
