Ingredients

1
lb ham (fresh)
1.5
lbs boneless veal
1
lb sausage
salt and pepper to taste
3
tbsp brandy
1
cup chopped parsley
1
cup chopped chives
2
bay leaves
1
sprig thyme

Directions

1.
Chop the 3 meats in your cuisinart.
2.
Season to taste with s & P
3.
Add the brandy.
4.
Add the herbs.
5.
Cook in a Bain Marie (bano de maria for the latinos in the house) at 350 F for 1.5 hours.
6.
Serve cold.
7.
This stuff lasts forever and a day (really like a month or so).
8.
Great on crackers, bread, etc...
