Ingredients

Teaspoon of melted butter (cooled)
flour (you'll figure this one out as you make them)

cucharadita mantequilla derretida y frÃa
Directions

Add the water, butter and salt to the egg.
2.
Add the flour until you can just barely stretch the dough out.
3.
Wrap the flour on a moist towel and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
4.
Extend the dough out and cut into rhombus shapes (elongated rectangles)
5.
Stretch the strips with your fingers without breaking them.
6.
Fry them in hot oil making sure to flip them so they do not build bubbles.
7.
Sprinkle with sugar or salt according to your tastes.
