Ingredients
1 beaten egg
1/4 C cold water
1 Teaspoon of melted butter (cooled)
pinch salt
flour (you'll figure this one out as you make them)
1 huevo bien batido
1/4 Tz agua fría
1 cucharadita mantequilla derretida y fría
pisca de sal
harina

Cooking Instructions
Step 1 Add the water, butter and salt to the egg.
Step 2 Add the flour until you can just barely stretch the dough out.
Step 3 Wrap the flour on a moist towel and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Step 4 Extend the dough out and cut into rhombus shapes (elongated rectangles)
Step 5 Stretch the strips with your fingers without breaking them.
Step 6 Fry them in hot oil making sure to flip them so they do not build bubbles.
Step 7 Sprinkle with sugar or salt according to your tastes.

Step 11 Envuelva en un limpion humedo y refrigere 15 min.
Step 12 Extienda la masa delgadita y corte en rectangulos sesgados (rombos)
Step 13 Estire los pedacitos con los dedos, sin romperlos
Step 14 Frite en aceite bien caliente, volteando mucho para que ampollen
