Optional - Jam (Orange/Peach favour) 2-3 tbsp
Directions

1. Wash the Pork Ribs and drain out all the water;

2. Put about 2 tsp of salt into the pork ribs and mix it well. (Leave it around 15~30mins)

3. Turn on the Oven, with 180'C for 15mins

4. Make the Honey syrup - 3 tbsp of Honey mix with 3 tablespoon of water, then mix it well. (if you want to make the ribs with fruity favour, you may use 2 tbsp of Honey and 2 tbsp of Jam and mix with 3tbsp of water)

4. Place the salted pork ribs into the Oven, and bake for 10 mins

5. After that, turn the pork ribs around and brush some honey syrup on the ribs, then bake for another 10 mins

6.Take out the ribs, turn & brush the honey syrup again, then bake for 5 mins, repeat this process around 2~3 times
8.
7. Finally, you will see the ribs with golden color and ready-to-serve.
