Description:

This is a super easy artichoke dip but I have yet to attend a party where it has not been devoured completely. Also Gluten-Free, I like to use tortilla chips to dip.

Ingredients

oz can artichoke hearts

cup Hellmann's Mayo
1
cup grated parmesan cheese
1
clove garlic
1
tsp lemon juice (optional)
1
tsp dijon mustard (optional)
1/2
tsp salt

Directions

1.
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2.
2. Drain and chop a 14 oz. can of artichoke hearts to desired size.
3.
3. Finely chop garlic.
4.
4. Mix all ingredients and add to dish.
5.
5. Bake for 25 minutes.
