Ingredients

(15-oz) can artichoke bottoms, drained (not marinated)
1
(4-oz) can diced green chilies
or 2 cups Colby & Monterey Jack
or (5-oz) Parmesan cheese
A few dashes of Cheyenne pepper (opt.)
Directions
1.
Dice artichokes into 1/2 inch pieces.
2.
Stir in mayonnaise, green chilies, shredded cheese.
3.
Place in buttered casserole. Sprinkle a dash of Cheyenne pepper, if desired.
4.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
5.
Serve with tortilla chips or corn chips.
