Heat oven to 350. Measure flour, granulated sugar, 2 Tbsp cocoa, baking powder and salt into a bowl. Blend in shortening and mild and nuts. Pour into an ungreased 9+9+2" pan. Stir together 1/4 C cocoa, brown sugar and sprinkle over batter. Pour hot water over batter
