Directions

Heat the oil in saucepan, add chopped onion and garlic. Cook until they are soft. Blend tomatoes and stir them into onion mixture, add bell pepper and green olives, bring to a boil, reduce the heat to low; add jalapeños and simmer the sauce for a few minutes.

Meanwhile, melt the butter on a skillet and fry the red snapper fillets seasoned with the flour, salt and pepper. Cook until they are browned on both sides. Pour the sauce on top and serve at once.
