Make the homemade salsa, it's worth it, plus you can alter it as you like. Play with the peppers, play with the onions (try scallions instead) and just have fun

Ingredients

2
eggs
2
tortillas
1
tomato
1/2
yellow onion
1/4
cup cilantro
1/8
cup hot peppers (your favorite kind)
Cheddar or monterey jack cheese
(Optional aguacate slices or sour cream)
Salt
Pepper
Butter
Food processor

Directions

1.
Get your food processor ready.
2.
Chop all the veggies so they fit into the food processor
3.
Put in the food processor and puree
4.
Fry your eggs (you can make them sunnyside up if you like the yolk or you can scramble them)
5.
Steam the tortillas (place on a round plate, cover with plastic wrap and heat for about 30 seconds...every microwave is different, so just keep an eye on them)
6.
If you prefer to fry the tortillas you can do this as well.
7.
Place the tortilla on a plate
8.
Put the egg on top
9.
Add salsa and cheese
10.
(You can add sour cream or creme fraiche if you like and you can add aguacate slices as well)
11.
Enjoy
