Cups of your Favorite Pasta: bowtie, spirals and ziti work well.

Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
Vegetable oil or shortening for deep frying
Directions

Boil your pasta until just cooked. Drain and pat dry.

Combine the parmesan cheese and seasonings in a paper bag.

In a deep skillet or deep fryer, heat your oil or shortening. Deep fry your pasta, until golden brown. Depending on the size of your fryer, you may have to separate the pasta into several batches so it gets evenly cooked and does not stick together.

Let pasta cook partially on paper towels (to drain the excess oil). When cooled, but still slightly warm, toss the fried pasta in the paper bag until well coated with cheese and seasoning.

When all the pasta has been seasoned, you can transfer to a bowl and enjoy your delicious snack!
