Description:

Made with thin sliced sirloin,sauteed in garlic(of course), butter, olive oil, salt and pepper.Then put on a hero roll with mozzerella cheese and baked til browned.

Ingredients

1/2 lbs. thinly sliced,lean sirloin steak, 5 large cloves minced garlic, 4 tbls. butter, 3 tbls. exrta virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, 2 tsp. cornstarch, 4 Hero rolls,

Directions

1.
Brown the garlic in the butter and olive oil. Add the steak and salt and pepper. Cook til well done. Remove the steak from pan and set aside. Add the cornstarch and whisk til thickened.Taste and adjust seasoning. Slice the hero rolls open and place meat inside. Pour a little of the thickened gravy on top and add the shredded mozzerella.Wrap each sandwich in tin foil so that just the meat and cheese is exposed. Place on a baking sheet in oven at 425 degrees til browned. Serve warm.
