cup Short Grain Japanese Rice
Directions

Wash the rice in cold water several times until the water runs clear.

Drain and leave alone for 1 hour.
3.
Fill a deep pan with water.

Bring to a boil on high heat.
7.
When it hits the boiling point, reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
8.
Remove from heat and set aside for 15 minutes.
