Ingredients
Quantites can be defined by how many people is going to eat the dish. Try to serve every plate with a good variety of seafood in each plate. Calculate it by yourself. INGRIDIENTES: Olive oil, butter, onion, garlic, celery, parsley, tomatoe paste, saffron, salt and pepper. Mussles, clams, your favourite fish, king crab legs, prawns, lobster tails.

Take a sauce pan, melt some butter with olive oil. Finely chopped your onions, garlic, and celery; put them into the sauce pan and also add some prawns and fish heads. Add salt and pepper. Stir until the onion is transparent. When you get your onion transpatent take off the prawns and fish heads. Addyour seafood, two cups of white wine, saffron and tomatoe paste. Let it come to simmer and reduce, add more liquid if it's necessary. When you serve sprinkle some fresh chopped parsley. Garnish with garlic bread and enjoy with your favourite white wine. DONE
