Description:

Crunchy cookie-cutter cookies, with a buttery chocolate coating. Very easy to work with dough. Great for events!

Prep:

1 1/2 Hours total

Ingredients

¾ Cup Butter, softened
¾ Cup Granulated Sugar
2
Cups Flour
¼ Teaspoon Baking Powder
½ Teaspoon Salt
3
Tablespoons Kahlua Liqueur
White Chocolate Candy Coating for melting

Directions

1.
1. Preheat Oven to 375 F.

2. Grease cookie sheets and set aside.
3.
3. Whisk together flour, baking powder and salt, and set aside.
4.
4. In a separate bowl, beat butter until creamy, then gradually add sugar, mixing well.
5.
5. Gradually add the flour mixture until just combined, then mix in the Kahlua.
6.
6. Roll out the dough on a floured board and cut into desired shapes.
7.
7. Bake for 7-8 minutes, or until golden brown.
8.
8. When cookies have cooled, melt the white chocolate candy coating, and dip cookies in, or spread on top for frosting. Set on wax paper until chocolate has hardened.
