| 1 | 1/2 lb buckwheat |
| 4 | oz of mushrooms |
| 3 | oz of butter |
| 4 | pcs. of eggs hard boiled |
| 2 | pcs. of onions |
| water | |
| salt |
Cooking Instructions
| Step 1 | Boil crumbly buckwheat kasha in salted water. |
| Step 2 | Boil mushrooms until they are ready. |
| Step 3 | Fry chopped onions in butter. |
| Step 4 | Chop mushrooms and eggs. |
| Step 5 | Stir all ingredients into kasha, add butter. |
| Step 6 | Put kasha in the hot oven for 15-20 minutes. |
