Ingredients
1 1/2 lb buckwheat
4 oz of mushrooms
3 oz of butter
4 pcs. of eggs hard boiled
2 pcs. of onions
water
salt

Cooking Instructions
Step 1 Boil crumbly buckwheat kasha in salted water.
Step 2 Boil mushrooms until they are ready.
Step 3 Fry chopped onions in butter.
Step 4 Chop mushrooms and eggs.
Step 5 Stir all ingredients into kasha, add butter.
Step 6 Put kasha in the hot oven for 15-20 minutes.
