(the leaves can be bought in packets in any Indian grocery store)
Directions

Add the butter to the pan. Add the oil when the butter starts to melt a little. The oil is to ensure that the butter does not burn. Chop the onions and add to this.

Once the onions are slightly cooked, add the raw chicken, followed by kasuri methi leaves and salt.
3.
Add just a tiny amount of water if you want a light gravy. Simmer till the chicken is cooked.
