Kilo Miced Mutton or Beef
Indian Spices as preffered
Corriander a handful well chopped
Directions

Add all the ingredients (except the corriander and egg) into a blender and blend till well combined. Remove and place into a bowl and cover for 10-15 mins.

Add egg into the mixture and mix well, also add the corrainder. Now take a table spoon of the mixture and place it in your palm, make a small ball and then flatten it. Continue doing this and keeping them aside, when done with the entire mixture, heat a little oil and fry the patties.

Serve with any dip you prefer.
