Ingredients
Curry leaves - as desired
Ginger - 3/4 of a medium sized one
Chilli powder - 2 tsp (level)
Coriander powder - 4 tbsp

cup fresh coconut cut into 1"- long, thin slivers (optional)
Directions

Clean and cut beef into small pieces

Slice onions and fry till its brown
4.
Grind Ginger and garlic. Add to the onions.

Add chilli, turmeric and coriander and masala powder.
7.
Keep frying till the flavors have coaght on to the onions.
8.
Put the beef pieces into a pressure cooker.
9.
Add the masala that was prepared. Add salt, Vinegar and water.
10.
Mix well. Pressure cook for 20 - 30 or till beef is done.

For a more exotic taste, dry fry the beef with 2-3tbsp coconut oil and coconut
