large beefsteak tomato- quartered

small yellow onion - quartered

cloves garlic - quartered

slices of jarred hot jalapenos
roasted red peppers - 14oz. jar - drained

cup marinated artichoke hearts

Tbls. olive oil (extra virgin)

tsp. salt ( or to taste)

tsp. pepper ( or to taste)
Directions

Put all ingredients into food processor and pulse til all the ingredients are finely minced. Serve with plain crackers.
