A quick and easy snack for those winter days when you and the kids are trimming the tree or watching a Christmas movie!

Ingredients

all beef hot dogs
1/2
cup shredded cheddar cheese
leftover mashed potatoes

Directions

1.
Make a slice length wise down each hot dog (don't cut all the way through!).

Fill each hot dog with a small amount of leftover mashed potatoes.

Top with shredded cheese.

Microwave for thirty second or longer until heated through and cheese is melted.

You can also make this in the oven.
