Description:

This is an old recipe that has been passed down. It takes alittle work to make, but the results are always worth it. Everyone asks for it on their birthday and we never have leftovers.

lb HAMBURGER

oz TOMATO SAUCE

oz shredded MOZZARELLA cheese(about 2 cups)
16
oz RICOTTA cheese
1/4
cup ROMANO cheese
2
EGGS
1/2
tsp crushed OREGANO
LASAGNE noodles
salt and pepper

Directions

1.
Brown hamburger, drain off fat. Add sauce, simmer at least 15 mins. Meanwhile in a bowl, mix together cheeses, eggs, and oregano.
2.
Cook Lasagne noodles according to package directions. In a 13 x 9 x2" greased pan, alternate rows of sauce, lasagne and cheese (in that order) . Save a little bit of your sauce to top the last row being careful to cover any lasagne peeking around the edges.
3.
Bake for 40-45 mins at 375
