tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

tsp dried Italian herb mix
Directions

In resealable plastic bag, combine everything but meat and water. Add pork chops to marinade, seal bag and refrigerate for 1 or more hours.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
3.
Place chops with marinade in a 9x13 pan or glass dish. Carefully pour 1/4 c. water around (not over) chops.
4.
Cover with foil and bake for one hour.
