Ingredients

1/2

cup olive oil

lemon, zested and juiced

springs of rosemary

cloves of garlic, chopped

Â½ tsp. Kosher salt

Directions

Mix everything together in a resealable plastic bag and marinate for at least 30-60 minutes.
