pound ground beef cooked.

cup shreded cheddar cheese.
Directions

1) cover 6 cabbage leaves with boiling water.

2)drain excess oil from cooked ground beef.

3)mix 2 cups of boiled rice and 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese to ground beef.

4) dry cabbage leaves, sprinkle with salt 1/4 teaspoon

5) mound 1/2 cup filling at stem end of each cabbage leaf.

6) roll, folding in sides, placed in ungreased baking dish.

7) Pour 1 cup stock and 1 to 2 teaspoon lemon juice. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
